Currently my youngest client is Harry who is 11 years old and my eldest is Eileen, who is 71.
And just in case that makes it seem as if I only train children and female senior citizens,
I'd better add that I also train young professionals, mums, athletes, body builders and
middle-aged business men & women, in fact anyone who needs support and encouragement with health and fitness.
Everyone has different needs when they come to personal training and when we first get
together we will spend time understanding yours. This part of the service is completely free and gives you the
opportunity to decide if I'm the best personal trainer for you.
If we feel we can work together, I then go on
to design an exciting and exhilarating programme which is specifically created for your individual lifestyle,
health, fitness and ability.
My programmes are based around functional exercises incorporating postural awareness with a
strong emphasis on correct and safe technique. I bring all the equipment you need for an effective and
enjoyable workout, all you need to do is show up!
